Houdini Sutherland

GIS Programmer, National Works Agency
Houdini is the GIS programmer at the National Works Agency. In addition to developing applications for the GIS department he is also the database administrator and mobile/web developer for the GovNet project in Jamaica. He has a Bachelors of Science in Computing and Information Technology from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
