William L Barrett is the 9-1-1 Coordinator for the City of Marion. He serves as one of the GIS persons for the (CSI) Counties of Southern Illinois. Prior to joining City of Marion 9-1-1 system in February of 2012 William worked for Johnson County 9-1-1 as the Asst. Coordinator, with a total of 13 years in the 9-1-1 field.  William has a B.S. and a M.S. in geography from SIUC with a concentration in GIS.
